1. Bookings
– Confirmation of booking is subject to full payment before arrival.
– Checking- in is subject to client producing reservation number and personal identification documents, on arrival.
– Rates are dependent on availability and subject to change based on currency fluctuations.
– Children under 12 stay free in family rooms. ( maximum 2 children per room)
– Check in time – 14h00 and Check out – 11h00. Any changes are subject to prior approval and confirmation by the General Manager and may attract an additional charge, at the discretion of the GM.
– Rates are charged per room per night, including breakfast. Management reserves the right to change method of charge, in the case of group bookings.
– The institution will be not be held liable for loss, theft, or damage to any personal property of the client.
– Smoking Policy: All our rooms are non-smoking rooms. As per SA Law, there are designated smoking areas, outside the hotel.
– Pool: Children under the age of 12 are not allowed the use of the pool, without adult supervision.
– NO alcohol allowed on the property.
– NO music allowed
2. Payments
– Full payment before arrival, secures booking.
– 50 % Deposit required upon confirmation of booking.
– Payments by EFT or card only.
– Cash payments are accepted.
– Credit card used to confirm payment, is required to be produced, on arrival, for purposes of authentication.
– Payments are accepted on arrival, but prior to check-in.
3. Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation, the following rules shall apply:
– More than 30 days prior to arrival: 100% Refund
– 29 – 15 Days: 25% Cancellation Fee
– 14 – 3 Days: 50% Cancellation Fee
– 2 – 1 Days: 75% Cancellation Fee
– NO SHOW: 100% Cancellation Fee
*** The South African Consumer Act clearly dictates that full refunds are applicable in the event of Death or certified hospitalisation. ***

– Confirmation of booking is subject to 50 % payment deposit, and balance of payment on or 14 days before date of function.
– Rates are dependent on availability, at the time of booking.
– Function be confirmed, based on full payment of venue hire and a signed agreement of Terms and Conditions, between both parties.
– Final number of guests to be confirmed 7 days, prior to function.
– Changes will be accepted 24 hours, prior to function.
– All changes to be made via e –mail
– No verbal cancellations will be accepted.
– NO Alcohol allowed in venues.
2. Payments
– 50 % deposit to be paid, via EFT, on confirmation of booking
– Payment methods via EFT or card, only
– Final payments will be allowed, on day of function, with prior arrangement.
– Damage deposit of R3500-00 payable on confirmation – Refundable
– Cleaning Fee – non-refundable
3. Cancellations
– 7 Days – 10 % of Booking
– 3 Days – 15 % of Booking
