- Confirmation of booking is subject to 50 % payment deposit, and balance of payment on or 14 days before date of function.
- Rates are dependent on availability, at the time of booking.
- Function be confirmed, based on full payment of venue hire and a signed agreement of Terms and Conditions, between both parties.
- Final number of guests to be confirmed 7 days, prior to function.
- Changes will be accepted 24 hours, prior to function.
- All changes to be made via e –mail
- No verbal cancellations will be accepted.
- NO Alcohol allowed in venues.
- 50 % deposit to be paid, via EFT, on confirmation of booking
- Payment methods via EFT or card, only
- Final payments will be allowed, on day of function, with prior arrangement.
- Damage deposit of R3500-00 payable on confirmation – Refundable
- Cleaning Fee – non-refundable
