1. Bookings:

  • Confirmation of booking is subject to 50 % payment deposit, and balance of payment on or 14 days before date of function.
  • Rates are dependent on availability, at the time of booking.
  • Function be confirmed, based on full payment of venue hire and a signed agreement of Terms and Conditions, between both parties.
  • Final number of guests to be confirmed 7 days, prior to function.
  • Changes will be accepted 24 hours, prior to function.
  • All changes to be made via e –mail
  • No verbal cancellations will be accepted.
  • NO Alcohol allowed in venues.

2. Payments:

  • 50 % deposit to be paid, via EFT, on confirmation of booking
  • Payment methods via EFT or card, only
  • Final payments will be allowed, on day of function, with prior arrangement.
  • Damage deposit of R3500-00 payable on confirmation – Refundable
  • Cleaning Fee – non-refundable

3. Cancellation Policy:

  • 7 Days - 10 % of Booking
  • 3 Days – 15 % of Booking
